Enrollment

Enrolling at Children’s Village

To begin the enrollment process, you’ll first want to contact us to get your packet and forms. By completing these forms, you provide us with vital information that helps us place your child in the appropriate classroom. These forms also include questions regarding your child’s development, immunizations, allergies, and classroom preferences.

Fees and Tuition

A $50 enrollment fee is required at the time of registration, along with all completed forms. All required paperwork must be submitted before your child’s first day.

Tuition at Children’s Village is due each Monday and covers the upcoming week of care. For your convenience, we accept payments online, by phone, by credit card, or by check, and we also accept CCDF vouchers. Payments may also be made directly at the office.

Tuition may vary slightly depending on your child’s classroom assignment and includes all meals, snacks, and classroom activities.

We ask that tuition be paid on time each week. Late payments may result in additional fees.

A full outline of tuition and fees will be provided in the Parent Agreement during enrollment. If you have any questions, our team is happy to help explain how our tuition and fee structure works.

Financial Resources

At Children’s Village, we believe every child deserves access to high-quality early learning. That’s why we partner with trusted local, state, and federal programs to help make childcare more affordable for families.

Our team is happy to help you explore available options and guide you through the process.

Child Care Development Fund (CCDF)

Children’s Village accepts childcare assistance through the Child Care Development Fund (CCDF).

This federal program helps qualifying families afford childcare while parents:

  • Work
    • Attend job training
    • Continue their education

Eligibility is determined by the State of Indiana, not by Children’s Village. Once a family qualifies, our team will guide you through the next steps and assist with the required provider paperwork.
